Malvasia Rosè Spumante

Sparkling wine obtained from the historic vineyard of aromatic Malvasia. The name Malvasia comes from Monemvasia, a port town in Ancient Greece from where the grapes were transported throughout Europe. Led to second fermentation with the long Charmat method, Malvasia Spumante has a bright cherry red color and a fine and persistent perlage. The aromas are fresh and fragrant and the palate is sweet and harmonious. Strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry stand out.
