“A grape berry is born, raised and protected by mother Vine until the harves; it is later given to Diana. The commitment of making wine without adding sulphites”
The color is an intense garnet red with purple reflections. The nose is particularly winy and persistent. The absence of wood lets us capture the typical aromas of Barbera, such marasca cherries, prune, but also licorice and spices. The palate is dry, warm, and full. Extremely food-friendly!
For each bottle of Barbera d’Asti Dianae sold, part of the earnings will be donated to the Piedmontese Foundation for Cancer Research Onlus.
The Foundation was established in 1986 to offer a significant contribution to the defeat of cancer through the creation of an oncology center in Piedmont, the Candiolo Institute of Turin.
The organization combines scientific research with clinical practice and provides the best human and technological resources to cancer patients.
