We produce this beer with organic einkorn wheat from Cascina Vèngore, the agricultural estate of the Povero family in the Terre Alfieri area.
The style of this beer is similar to that of the German Kolsch.
The color is a straw yellow. In the mouth, it is round with hints of cereals and bread crust and a pleasant bitter finish.
