Aquavite di Vinaccia di Barbera expresses its delicate yet persistent character thanks to careful distillation in traditional copper alembic stills and subsequent aging in stainless steel tanks, which preserve its purity and aromatic precision. On the palate, it is clean and pleasantly dry, with a distinctive bitter almond finish that adds elegance and length.

Balanced and approachable, it is an ideal introduction to the classic and eclectic personality of Piedmontese pomace spirit. Best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 9–12°C, in a traditional tulip-shaped glass to fully appreciate its aromas.
