Description
From the 14th to the 19th century, Asti, the most important town of Monferrato, hosted the Palio, a famous horse competition. Prima Mossa means “The First Move”. It refers to the act that the mover performs by releasing the winch that keeps the rope taut at the moment of the start of the Palio di Asti.
The color is a bright ruby red with purple reflections and the light perlage is fine and persistent. The nose is fragrant, exuberant, and particularly vinous, with intense notes of wild berries, almonds, and morello cherries. The flavor is dry, harmonious, and vibrant. To be appreciated for its captivating simplicity.
