Classic amber pomace spirit obtained from the pomace of our Nebbiolo grapes. In the glass, it is clear and bright, with a golden color tending to amber, which recalls the color of Nebbiolo grapes. Aging in oak results in an intense bouquet with hints of toasted hazelnuts, honey, and spices, without losing fruity and flowery notes. The flavor is austere, warm, and smooth, with a persistent finish. We recommend serving Aquavite di Vinaccia di Nebbiolo at a temperature between 9 and 12 ° in a tulip glass.
