Sibanè Piemonte DOC Rosso 2021

In 2015, one of the best vintages ever in Piedmont, Alessio wanted to experiment with another blend to go with Cabanè Langhe. Thinking of a warmer wine than Cabanè, with softer tannins, Alessio came up with Sibanè. A rustic wine with a more cosmopolitan personality, with a complex, enveloping, and full-bodied palate and high, but well-balanced, alcohol content. The color is an intense ruby red with violet reflections. Spicy and fruity notes stand out, in particular plum, black pepper, and black currant.
